Trust, Privacy & AI Use at KPIXAI KLS
This page is maintained by KPIXAI to answer common questions about how KLS handles your data. It describes current app controls and practices — not an independent certification or audit.

- Everything you enter into the modules and every file you upload stays inside your KLS workspace on KPIXAI's Lovable Cloud database.
- It is visible only to you, advisors you have explicitly linked (via invite), and KPIXAI administrators for platform support.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share it with lenders, brokers, or marketing partners.
KLS uses AI to accelerate the loan-prep workflow. AI features include document extraction, financial statement analysis, governance-document drafting (Bylaws, Operating Agreements, etc.), and the Lending Readiness Report narrative.
When you trigger one of these features, the relevant text or file is sent through the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes to Google Gemini models under enterprise API terms.
Content you send through KLS is not used to train AI models.
Neither Lovable nor the upstream model providers (Google, OpenAI) train on Gateway traffic under the enterprise/API terms KLS uses. Your business data, financial statements, and uploaded documents are not added to any training dataset.
AI output is a draft for human review. Auto-filled fields, extracted ratios, generated legal templates, and the Readiness Report narrative all require your review and any advisor's review before you rely on them.
- Uploaded files go to a private storage bucket scoped by your user and application. They are not publicly accessible by URL.
- When AI needs to read a file, KLS generates a short-lived signed URL that expires in 5 minutes.
- Only you, your linked advisor, and KPIXAI administrators can retrieve your files.
- Sign in with email + password or Google.
- Role-based access separates Applicant, Advisor, and Admin workspaces. Advisors see only clients who have been linked to them.
- Advisor–client links are opt-in via invite, and either party can suspend or remove the connection at any time.
- Row-level security policies enforce these boundaries at the database level.
KLS relies on the following processors to deliver the service:
- Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, authentication, and file storage.
- Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini) — AI extraction, financial analysis, legal drafting, and report narrative.
- Your applications, module data, uploaded documents, and generated drafts persist until you or a KPIXAI administrator deletes them.
- You can delete individual documents and legal drafts inside the app. For full account or data-deletion requests, email the address below.
KLS is a self-assessment and preparation tool. The KLS Readiness Score is not a lending decision, credit offer, or guarantee of approval. Generated governance documents (Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Shareholder Agreements) are templates only — review with a licensed attorney before executing.
Final lending decisions rest with the lender you choose to submit to. Legal formation and contract decisions rest with your attorney.
